MES(Manufacturing Execution System)emphasizes workshop level process integration,control and monitoring.Through reasonable allocation and organization of all resources and timely and accurate data,it can achieve guidance,start-up,response and record of workshop production activities,provide a large amount of information needed to complete the complete production process optimization management from the personalized product production task,and improve The rapid response and processing ability of the workshop to random events can greatly improve the efficiency of production management.However,there are many risks in the construction of MES system.Only through strict control of all kinds of potential risks can we better promote the implementation of MES project.This paper takes the MES project of Y company as the research object,through the establishment of mathematical model to identify and evaluate the risks of MES project,and then puts forward specific measures of risk management and control according to the evaluation results.The research work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Y company’s MES project implementation risk identification.According to the current situation of power transmission and distribution industry of Y company and the actual needs of MES project implementation,the risk faced by MES project is identified by the combination of selection matching model and WBS-RBS coupling matrix.(2)Y company’s MES project risk assessment.Firstly,based on the preliminary risk identification of MES project of Y company,the risk evaluation index system is constructed.Then based on the analysis of the influence degree and probability of risk factors,the risk level of risk factors is calculated,and the risk matrix of MES project risk assessment is established.Finally,the weight of risk factors is calculated,and AHP and risk matrix are used to evaluate the key risk factors and overall risk of MESproject.The evaluation results show that the risk level of MES project of Y company is relatively high,which requires comprehensive management of the risks in scheme selection stage,system implementation stage,operation and maintenance stage and software design stage.(3)MES project risk control of Y company.According to the results of risk assessment,management measures are formulated for risk control in the whole process of MES project,including scheme design stage,software design stage,system implementation stage and operation and maintenance stage.Finally,we trace and verify the effect of risk management in the process of MES project of Y company.The result shows that the operation effect of MES system in Y company’s pilot plant is obvious: the material control is clear and accurate,the utilization rate of equipment resources is increased by 15%,the complete set rate of products is increased by more than 25%,and the operation cost is reduced by 15%.The MES project risk control method proposed in this paper is not only suitable for the MES project management process of Y company,but also can provide useful reference for the implementation of MES projects in similar industries.
