In order to adapt to the needs of economic globalization,the port logistics plays an important role in international trade,as an important node of the global integrated transport network,its function expansion towards the standard operation,the diversity of services,modern port logistics information in the direction of automation,in order to promote the comprehensive upgrade of the port logistics service.Port transportation is the core of the flow of goods.As the world becomes the"global village",the scope of logistics services is expanding,showing some notable characteristics,one is the "big",that is,the big logistics.Port logistics has been developing towards large-scale,systematized,standardized and internationalized ports.Port logistics enterprises have begun to cooperate horizontally and highly collaborate,thus becoming a highly integrated supply chain access network.Another feature of"big" logistics is integration.Vector W company as T port logistics integration,the rapid expansion of the scale,the existing staff of nearly three thousand people,a diversified investment of nearly 20 units,urgent need to establish a scientific and standardized performance appraisal system,through a comprehensive performance management system can efficiently decompose and implement the enterprise strategy,enabling customers,managers and employees.To transmit information efficiently and accurately,improve operational capability,improve the core competitiveness.Performance appraisal is a key work in enterprise management.We need to evaluate the effectiveness of departments and employees scientifically and reasonably,and we need to implement performance appraisal.These are also the outstanding problems of business management.With the reform and opening up,the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)is introduced into China as a new theory of performance assessment.We turn the vision and strategy of enterprises into clear goals and targets,and make overall planning from four dimensions:finance,customers,internal operation process,learning and growth.The key performance indicator method(KPI)can further decompose the strategic objectives of enterprises into a series of key indicators that are clear and quantifiable,so as to establish the performance appraisal system from two aspects of strategy and tactics.Based on the W company's performance appraisal construction as an example,the use of BSC and KPI two kinds of methods of performance management,considering the four aspects of the theory of Balanced Scorecard,the strategy of W company carried out,using KPI method to decompose the strategic objectives,to establish a complete performance evaluation index system.A closed loop system is established from the setting of assessment indicators,the establishment of assessment criteria,the guidance and supervision of assessment process,the application of examination process guarantee and the application of results,and a complete index system conducive to W's overall operation and enforceability is worked out.Through this article,I hope it can be a reference and reference for the establishment and implementation of the performance management system of the port enterprises.
