| The Middle-level managers,who are the key talents and play a critical role for the development of enterprises.They take on the important responsibilities of internal management,external relationship building,strategy implementation,as well as the communication between employees and leaders and company’s culture promotion.They are the crucial factor for completing operational target and achieving the strategy vision of enterprises.G company is a well-known elevator manufactory company at second level brand,it founded in 2005,currently there are 31 branches with more than 3000 employees in the country.Facing to changed environment with intensifying competition in the elevator industry,as the executive for driving company’s strategy,the ability and the quality of middle managers are more closely tied to operation efficiency and market competitive of enterprises.Based on the current management level of middle managers with limited ability and management knowledge,the development of the G company is restricted in some aspect.On the other hand,there have some problems happened on people management caused by the lack of systematic training management,especially lack of training on the improvement of capabilities for the middle-level managers.It is the high risks to business development and strategy accomplishment of G company.The object of thesis is G company,by researching the training management of middle-level managers,with referring to the relevant research and literatures of training management and competency model of middle managers from domestic and foreign scholars.Firstly,analyzing current training status and diagnosing existing training management of middle managers through the survey of questionnaire and interview,to get to know the problems and find reasons.Secondly,the competency model of middle managers on G company is created by using the competency modeling tools and methods.Thirdly,based on the created competency model of middle managers,the difference competencies are identified between the current level and the needs of company,and combined the analysis of training needs,the improvement of training program of middle managers is designed,including training course and methods,relevant evaluation methods after training,supporting plan of training implementation.The research is a certain practical guide for the training and capacities development of middle-level manages in G company.And it is also expected to provide a reference for the research on training management of middle-level managers in elevation industry,furthermore in the implementation of their training work. |
