Research On Investment Control In The Preliminary Design Stage Of HK Project Based On Value Engineering

The investment control of engineering projects has always been one of the focuses of the construction industry.The effect of investment control is directly related to the investment benefit of the project.The investment control of the project runs through the whole life of the project.Effective control of investment is a dynamic process,which is continuously refined throughout the life cycle of the project,and the earlier investment control of the project has a greater influence.Once the decision-making of the proposed project is determined,Once the feasibility study report of the project is approved,the preliminary design stage becomes a key link in investment control.The design cost accounts for a small proportion of the entire project investment,but the design phase plays a significant role.So preliminary design stage stage of investment control is extremely important.Through the study of a large number of domestic and foreign literature,combined with the cost management work done in the design institute,i select the investment control work of HK project in the preliminary design stage as the research object,and adopts Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Value Engineering management methods for analysis and research.Firstly,analyze the whole life cycle cost of the scheme,and then,clarify the real investment limit of the project,use the analytic hierarchy process to sort the importance of the functions of each major in the design scheme to calculate its functional coefficient under the estimated investment limit.and then use the principle of value engineering to optimize the scheme,cycle penetration,and finally achieve the expected investment goal,so that the cost of the entire life cycle of the project is optimal.The design optimization of HK project proves that value engineering is effective in investment control in the preliminary design stage of infrastructure projects.It is also applicable to expand the investment control in the preliminary design stage of other engineering projects,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the investment control in the preliminary design stage of engineering projects,so as to provide some guidance and reference for the investment optimization of future infrastructure projects,promote the development of the industry to a certain extent.
