| The engineering construction industry has gradually developed into an important strategic industry that promotes my country’s economic and social development.In the past,the phased investment control model cannot fully adapt to the current economic and social complex changes and development trends.At present,the investment control of engineering projects in our country focuses on the implementation stage,and does not pay enough attention to the early stage,which has caused a huge waste of investment from the source of the design.Therefore,how to reduce the project investment from the design source has become an important issue for people to pay attention to.This paper explores the problems and countermeasures of project investment control from the perspective of the design unit,applies the value engineering method in the preliminary project decision-making stage to compare and selects the scheme,and uses the value engineering method to optimize the design in the engineering project design stage.Excess functions and unnecessary costs can achieve the goal of saving investment.This article mainly studies the investment management control of construction projects by consulting literature and combining actual work from the perspective of the design unit.First,it analyzes the historical background and significance of the research and development of the topic,and the current status of the research and development of the topic at home and abroad.,The research content and its methods are briefly introduced.The related theoretical concept part mainly introduces the related concepts of project investment control,value engineering,and analytic hierarchy process,and then discusses the problems of investment control in the decision-making stage,design stage,and construction stage.Next,stage selection is carried out,which mainly introduces the relevant models and applications of applying value engineering in the early decision-making stage for scheme comparison and optimization in the design stage.The actual results of the application show that the application of value engineering has increased the value of the office building project and reduced the cost of the office building project.Through analysis and demonstration,this paper concludes that the design unit should actively participate in project investment control and fully participate in project investment control management.This article can provide a theoretical basis for the design unit to improve the project investment control ability,which has certain theoretical and practical application value for the investment control from the design source to save social resources,and can provide help for the design unit’s project investment control. |
