With the rapid development of society,the problem of ageing of population in China has become more and more serious,it's more important to solve the problem of caring the olds.In many ways,the community pension is not only in line with the national conditions of our country,but also the masses of the elderly think it is the first way to provide for the aged,which has set off the upsurge of community pension in various provinces of our country.However,most of the community pension service centers in our country are not able to fully meet the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly due to the influence of hardware facilities,software services and space.And now the progress of science and technology makes intelligent in the daily life everywhere,in the social pension service level also gradually appeared intelligentized figure.Intelligent entry breaks the limitation of traditional pension space,provides better environment and service quality for the elderly,and promotes the intelligent community pension to become an important way to solve the pension problem in the future.Intelligent community old-age care is based on the community pension service center as the platform background,on the basis of space design combined with intelligent means,so as to solve the problem that traditional old-age service can not solve,and provide a more comfortable and convenient pension space for the elderly.To form an organic whole of service,elderly and space.The intelligence includes many intelligent systems,such as monitoring,security and management.At the same time,through the Internet,the community pension service center,the residential household users and the community medical center are closely connected together to form information sharing.Convenient to improve service efficiency,is the government,society,community,family as one of the overall system design.First of all,by collecting literature and searching for relevant information,this paper analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad and classifies and combs the ways of providing for the aged in our country,and makes a detailedinvestigation and understanding of the psychological and physiological needs and characteristics of the elderly.Then it provides the corresponding theoretical support for the following design of the pension space transformation,at the same time,carries on the field investigation to many community pension activity centers in the form of visiting,and puts forward the existing problems and the development status quo of the community old-age care;Secondly,the related concepts of intelligent pension are elaborated in detail,the necessity and feasibility are analyzed,and the future trend of intelligent community pension development is briefly analyzed.Finally,combined with the transformation of Huayipo Community Endowment Service Center in Chongqing,this paper describes its design ideas and design concepts,analyzes the whole design from the application of intelligent system in space design and behavior management,and summarizes the design methods.For the future development of intelligent community pension to provide a certain theoretical basis.
