| In the context of the severe changes and turbulence of the world’s political and economic pattern,our country’s international engineering contractors are facing increasingly severe competition and challenges,and properly handling the cost management risks of international engineering projects have become an important topic.From the perspective of the general contractor of construction,the "cost management risk of international engineering projects" is explored,with a view to providing useful references and reference for the general contractor and even the projects in theory and practice.The specific research work and research content are as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing the current status of the cost management of international engineering projects,the relevant factors of project cost management risks were preliminarily identified through literature and expert surveys,and then through typical international engineering case project verification,enrichment,and improvement of preliminary risk recognition results,and finally formed The list of international engineering project cost management risk factors based on the three-dimensional "environment,stakeholders,general contractor capabilities".(2)Establish an international engineering project risk evaluation index system based on the evaluation purpose,the design basis and principles of the indicator system: Among them,there are 5 project environmental risk evaluation indicators,5 projects of other cadres risk evaluation indicators,and the general contractor capacity risk evaluation indicators Twelve;and sorting out the stage of risk,impact and performance,and constructed the corresponding risk index decomposition structure and risk evaluation index system.After that,the "hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive analysis" were selected as a risk evaluation model method by discussing analysis,and the cost management risk evaluation model of the international engineering project was established accordingly.(3)Taking the Singapore Rail Transit D Extension Line Construction General Contracting Project as an empirical research case,apply the risk evaluation model calculation,analyze of the overall risk level of the project cost management,the level of risk levels at each stage and the influence of the main risk factors and comprehensively evaluate the list in the list Various types of risk evaluation indicators.According to the results of the judgment results,we will propose countermeasures for effective control and countermeasures to respond to various risks,in order to provide reference for the cost management of similar international engineering projects in the future.19pictures,24 tables,79 references... |
