In 2020,our country formally made a commitment to“Strive to achieve peak carbon by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060”,this commitment is our country to promote the upgrading of traditional energy,the development of clean energy,the practice of“Green Mountains are mountains of gold and Silver Mountains” the concept of environmental protection solemn oath.At the same time,in recent years,along with the“New infrastructure construction”,the government’s key work content has gradually entered the public’s field of vision,indicating that the degree of our country’s attention to the“New infrastructure” is constantly improving,as an important part of the“New infrastructure”,it is inevitable that the electric vehicle charging postrelated industry will make great progress.At present,our country is on the fast trunk line of the development of electric vehicle charging posts,which is due to the development of electric vehicle charging posts-related industries,that is,the development of new energy industries such as electric vehicles,as the“Filling station”of electric vehicles,the two are complementary.Therefore,the development of electric vehicle charge pile-related industries is conducive to the upgrading of our relevant industries,conducive to our economic and social development,conducive to the realization of our environmental governance goals,more conducive to China’s energy security.As a quasi-public service product,how should the government help the development of electric vehicle charging piles? This needs many-sided analysis and research,the question of its further development is studied.In this paper,Y city as the research object,through the use of literature research,Field Survey,systematic analysis and case analysis,the current situation of electric vehicle charging post management by the government,relevant enterprises(including power supply enterprises and charging post Operation Enterprises)and other social subjects is clarified,the problems of electric vehicle charging piles in Y city at present are analyzed,the problems of cooperative governance,Price Management System,site selection,Operation Planning and safety monitoring of charging piles were found out.By further combing through the problems found to find out the reasons for the problems,the specific reasons include the government and other relevant responsibility of the main ideas are not in place,the relevant system is not perfect,insufficient funds and the quality of some charging piles is not good.Combining with the situation of electric vehicle charging pile treatment in Y city and the development experience of other areas,aiming at the causes of the existing problems in the treatment of electric vehicle charging pile in Y city,through further analysis and summary,the countermeasures to optimize the management of electric vehicle charging posts in y city are given as follows: first,to further change the government’s management ideas;Third,perfect the electric vehicle charge pile coordination management system;fourth,further plan the development of electric vehicle charge pile in Y city.
