| The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that high-quality development should be the primary task of economic construction.Therefore,optimizing the efficiency of production factor allocation while improving the quality and skills of labor factors has become a necessary condition for accelerating the transformation of economic development mode.To enhance their competitiveness,enterprises need to continuously cultivate talents.With the rapid development of China’s manufacturing industry,human capital is increasingly becoming the main asset of enterprises.As a new talent cultivation model,the new apprenticeship system takes "school enterprise cooperation" as the basic model,and aims to meet the talent needs of enterprises and cultivate more highly skilled talents for society.On the one hand,it can improve the quality of talent cultivation,and on the other hand,it can accurately transport skilled talents for market entities.Introduce the new apprenticeship system into the training system of the manufacturing industry,in order to cultivate more intelligent employees who agree with the development concept of the enterprise and meet the specific needs of the enterprise at different stages of development,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise and promoting rapid socio-economic development.However,in practice,how to effectively utilize the new apprenticeship system and achieve efficient integration with enterprises has always been an urgent problem that needs to be solved.Therefore,this article focuses on D Company to explore the current application status of apprenticeship system in its company,and provide practical and feasible solutions for its better development.Specifically,this article first defines the concepts of the new apprenticeship system,modern apprenticeship system,and traditional apprenticeship system,and compares and analyzes the differences among them,so that we can more accurately understand the uniqueness of the new apprenticeship system.Subsequently,taking D Company as an example,the overview of D Company and its current talent training system were introduced.In addition,this study used various research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and interview to analyze the current situation of D Company’s apprenticeship training.At the same time,the SWOT analysis method is used to explore the internal advantages and disadvantages of D Company’s apprenticeship system,as well as the opportunities and challenges it faces externally.On this basis,detailed steps for the application of the new apprenticeship system in D company training were proposed,providing a reference for manufacturing enterprises to implement the new apprenticeship system.Research has shown that building a reasonable salary structure,creating a suitable learning atmosphere,clarifying leadership responsibilities,and improving database resources can all improve the effectiveness of the application of D Company’s apprenticeship system.The above conclusion provides practical and feasible guarantee measures for the implementation of the new apprenticeship talent training plan. |
