| With the rapid development of China’s air transport industry and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the civil aviation Company’s needs and professional capabilities are also increasing.However,the traditional teaching mode can not combine the students’ learning with the practical work and the realistic working environment,so that the students’ motivation of study is not stimulated and the professional ability is not trained.Therefore,the traditional teaching conditions can not meet the requirements of civil aviation carrier’s professional ability,and need to improve and perfect teaching methods and models.By comparing the cognitive apprenticeship,the modern British apprenticeship,the new Australian apprenticeship system and the dual system in Germany,the paper finds the characteristics and advantages of the cognitive apprenticeship system,and considers that it is the most appropriate to use the cognitive apprenticeship system to train the students of flight attendant.By analyzing the connotation of vocational ability and the training goal of the students majoring in air attendant in Shanxi Normal University,this paper divides the professional ability of the students of the flight attendant speciality,and expounds and constructs the forming process of the professional ability of the students of the flight attendant speciality in detail.By analyzing the employment demand of the Civil Aviation Service etiquette course,the air travel professional students and the flight attendant majors,combined with the principle of learning environment design of the cognitive apprenticeship system,this paper constructs the teaching mode of the cognitive apprenticeship system in the professional ability training of the flight attendant majors,and designs the specific teaching process.The application of the cognitive apprenticeship system in the training of the vocational ability of the students in the flight attendant speciality is applied to the “cabin Seeing-off etiquette” in the course “Civil Aviation Service Etiquette”,“Cabin service Etiquette” in two modules,the paper analyzes the scoring rules of two projects by using SPSS software,and analyzes the classroomobservation records and interviews.The results show that the teaching mode of cognitive apprenticeship system in the training of vocational ability of the students of flight attendant can effectively solve the problems of the separation of teaching and practice in the traditional classroom and the students’ enthusiasm for learning,which is helpful to arouse the students’ interest in learning and to cultivate their professional ability. |
