| As the nation’s famous hardware capital,Yongkang is the country’s largest hardware manufacturing base,and is moving from manufacturing to “smart and strong city”.The current number of hardware,electromechanical and high-skilled personnel can not meet the development needs,which restricts the development and improvement of many enterprises.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to accelerate the cultivation of high-skilled talents,which will have important significance for the economic development of Yongkang.As a vocational school serving the local economy,it shoulders the important responsibility of cultivating high-skilled talents for Yongkang enterprises.How to cultivate a large number of high-skilled talents in hardware,electromechanical and electrical is an important problem that the school needs to solve urgently.This paper is based on the modern apprenticeship system to study the high-skilled personnel training mode of electromechanical majors.The main research contents are as follows:1.Through questionnaires,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of high-skilled personnel training in Yongkang from the perspectives of enterprises,teachers and students,studies the basic theories of high-skilled personnel training,and combines the current domestic vocational education environment with the current status quo.In-depth analysis was carried out to explore the construction of a training model for high-skilled professionals in electromechanical professions suitable for Yongkang economic development.2.Put forward the "cultivation plan co-determination,curriculum system co-construction,teacher team co-cultivation,teaching process co-management,school-enterprise resource sharing,school-enterprise culture integration" electromechanical professional high-skilled personnel training 6T mode,the construction of modern professional apprenticeship Operation management mechanism.3.Taking Feijian Company as an example,the implementation of the 6T model of high-skilled personnel training in electromechanical profession was carried out,and the “selection of high-quality enterprises and joint talent training programs;professional docking enterprises and joint curriculum system were elaborated;according to the principle of mutual employment sharing,Training a team of teachers;implementing a multi-evaluation,co-management of the teaching process;industry-university cooperation and win-win,sharing school-enterprise resources;campus docking enterprises,blending school-enterprise culture" these six common implementation processes.It has exerted the enthusiasm of the political schools and enterprises,especially the enthusiasm of school-enterprise cooperation,greatly improved the quality and quantity of hardware and electromechanical high-skilled personnel training,and effectively alleviated the demand for hardware and electromechanical high-skilled talents in the transformation and upgrading of Yongkang industry.The implementation of the 6T model for the electromechanical professional high-skilled personnel training in the vocational school and Yongkang electromechanical enterprise shows that the transformation and upgrading strategy of the Yongkang model requires a new model of electromechanical high-skilled personnel training,which satisfies the development interests of manufacturing enterprises;meets the needs of students’ growth;The school’s school benefits. |
