| The new enterprise apprenticeship system is a new avenues dominated by the enterprises for training the technical talents.The system pay more attention on the training of the employees to prevent the problems,like the conflict between technical theories and production.However,the history of this new enterprise apprenticeship system is so short that we need some practical experience for reference.The cultivation process of technical talents is also a process for them to master the future vocational skills.That’s why we can provide some inspirations for the emerging enterprise apprenticeship system by studying the logical evolution of the system that how industrial workers master the technical skills.In this context,enterprise Z has been chosen as the research object of this dissertation.Meanwhile,according to historical institutionalism,the development of enterprise Z has divided into three periods: from establishment to the reform and opening up,from the reform and opening up to the reform of state-owned enterprises,and after the reform of state-owned enterprises.The Theory of Labor Process is used to form the framework of the company’s micro-management elements.Management elements include seven points,which are classified into human orientation and object orientation.Moreover,the author interviewed 20 employees who joined enterprise Z in different periods and collected their oral history as research data,in order to understand the different characteristics of enterprise management elements in each period,and summarize the influence of these management elements on the skill formation of industrial workers.In the first period,inheritance of masters and apprentices,specific product needs and good corporate atmosphere in the enterprise promoted the simultaneous growth of workers’ skills.In the second period,rich training programs,new production tasks and production methods promote the rapid growth of workers’ skills.In the third period,low employment standard,poor incentive salary system and bad social atmosphere lead to the workers’ skills lagging behind the production requirements.Therefore,the following conclusions can be drawn: Management elements are constantly changing in different periods,so as the impact on skill formation.To a great extent,such change is largely affected by the attitude and choice of enterprises.Consequently,the author supposed following advises: initially,it is necessary to attach importance to the cooperative relationship between schools and enterprises.On the other hand,give full play to the leading role of enterprises.Specifically,lead the cooperation between schools and enterprises,lead the training of talents,and update the technical elements synchronously.Secondly,enterprises are expected to encourage apprentices to improve working skills in combination with the actual production environment.Meanwhile,the inheritance system of teachers and apprentices should be restored so as to carry out teaching activities during the production process and cultivate the technical consciousness of apprentices.Finally,the management elements should be updated regularly.Enterprises are expected to establish a reliable system to guarantee personnel training,adjust the organized way of production,set up reasonable salary structure in order to create a harmonious employee relationship in the workplace.By doing so,the new apprenticeship system can be developed better in enterprises. |
