Based On The Construction Practice And Research Of Architectural Engineering Construction Professional Courses Under The Modern Apprenticeship System

General Education and vocational education are two different types of education of equal importance.In recent years,with the introduction of a number of national policies,China’s vocational education has been a brand-new development,constantly expanding the scale,paying more attention to the connotation of construction,is trying to explore a development path in line with China’s national conditions."Apprenticeship" came into view in the course of vocational education development.Modern apprenticeships were introduced in 2014.With the implementation of the reform of personnel training mode,and constantly promote the deep integration of schools and enterprises.Shandong province started the modern apprenticeship pilot program in 2015,and has set up three batches of programs.The pilot program has achieved initial results and has a good foundation for development.At present,several key problems need to be solved in modern apprenticeship system include: The Standard of Personnel Training,Post Group,post standard,course system construction,course development and so on.The author makes a comprehensive and deep research on the major of architectural engineering construction in the modern apprenticeship pilot college,and makes a beneficial exploration and research on the construction of project courses under the modern apprenticeship system.This article attempts to use the thought method of project management,regard the construction of project course as a concrete project,first of all,use the method of investigation and research,go deep into the construction industry,construction enterprises,demand for talents,the present situation of the employment quality of the graduates of the construction engineering specialty is investigated,the present situation of the courses offered in the construction engineering specialty of vocational colleges is investigated,and the opinions and suggestions of the investigation are sorted out,to find out some problems existing in the current curriculum of construction engineering.Secondly,under the guidance and analysis of the specialized courses offered under the modern apprenticeship perspective,the construction of the specialized courses system of construction engineering under the modern apprenticeship perspective is carried out,carry on the analysis of the professional ability of the Post Group of the construction engineering specialty,break down the task,finally summarize and sort out the typical work task,in the project course construction,establish a school and enterprise to build together,full-time teachers and enterprise teachers participate in the teaching staff,clear their respective division of Labor,together to achieve the goal of training skilled personnel.Then,depending on the modern apprenticeship pilot program being carried out in my college,I will discuss the background of the major of architectural engineering construction,the training goal of the major,and the setting of the courses,including the course structure and course content,based on the successful experience of the major of Construction Engineering in the pilot college of modern apprenticeship,the author makes a survey during the practice class and interviews the person in charge of the major of construction engineering,summed up a set of apprenticeship curriculum development procedures,methods,methods and so on,for the construction of modern apprenticeship construction under the background of project curriculum construction is of great significance,at the same time,the paper discusses the effect and deficiency of the curriculum construction in the pilot project.Finally,the author sums up the experience of modern apprenticeship pilot colleges in curriculum construction,and puts forward some strategies of construction project curriculum construction under modern apprenticeship background.
