| The concept of burnout was first introduced by an American psychiatrist,Freudenberger,in 1974.The so-called "burnout" means that people feel tired and sleepy.Burnout refers to the psychological combination of a lack of interest,enthusiasm or motivation in a job for a long period of time,and the lack of interest,enthusiasm or motivation in the work they do,but still have to do it,so they will feel bored,which will lead to a series of negative emotions,which will eventually cause physical and mental exhaustion,and also affect the quality of work and performance,which is called burnout.Although the problem of burnout has been paid attention to by researchers in various fields,it has not yet attracted enough attention in state-owned enterprises in China.Burnout is a common problem among employees of state-owned enterprises.In today’s rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry,the operation of all airlines in the country is growing rapidly,however,the competition in the industry is gradually becoming fierce.As one of the important departments of airlines,aircraft maintenance plants are playing an increasing role in maintaining the normal operation of aircraft.Many aircraft maintenance plants are preaching a more scientific,professional and strict attitude,and gradually paying attention to the emotions of individual maintenance plant employees.Aircraft maintenance plant employees as a high-end technical personnel,with good professionalism and professional skills,but because of the long working hours,work in a single way,maintenance plant welfare system is not sound,easy to make the body also fatigue anxious.At the same time,due to the work pressure,easy to have psychological problems and other reasons,making them in the long-term high-intensity tension and repression,will form a kind of self-containment,lack of communication and communication skills,thus reducing the sense of personal achievement.All these can easily cause burnout among employees in aircraft maintenance plants,which reduces aircraft maintenance efficiency,affects aircraft operation cycle and safe flight of aircraft,and affects the growth of civil aviation enterprises.Based on the perspective of enterprise social work,this paper selects an aircraft maintenance plant in Shenyang as the research area and conducts a study on employee burnout in state-owned enterprises.In the work and daily contact,the author found that the manifestations of burnout of the employees in this aircraft maintenance plant were summarized as the following four points:(1)decay of work enthusiasm(2)increased feelings of occupational pressure(3)reduced subjective motivation(4)reduced sense of personal accomplishment and doubts about aircraft maintenance work.The information of the research subjects was collected through questionnaires and MBI-GS scale measurements to understand the current situation of burnout among employees in an aircraft maintenance plant in Shenyang,and statistical analysis was conducted on the status of burnout and demographic differences of burnout among employees in aircraft maintenance plants.In three dimensions,it was concluded that the degree of emotional exhaustion burnout of employees in the aircraft maintenance facility was the highest,followed by deindividualised and personal accomplishment,and the overall degree of burnout of employees in this aircraft maintenance facility was moderate.The author analyses the causes of burnout in the aircraft maintenance plant from three perspectives: individual factors,work environment,and organizational factors.Based on the empirical analysis,we propose countermeasures to alleviate the burnout of aircraft maintenance plant employees by combining social work theory. |
