The competition between enterprises is essentially talent competition,to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise,we must explore the potential of employees,to its comprehensive training,keep stimulating its work enthusiasm,maximize its initiative,improve its work efficiency,realize the development of the company and employees themselves.Therefore,how to establish a set of reasonable and efficient employee incentive system has become an important topic of enterprise human resource management.During the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,new energy power generation enterprises developed rapidly.The young employees under 35 managed by the Youth League Committee of state-owned enterprises are the main force of GN Company,a state-owned new energy power generation enterprise.This paper takes GN company,a state-owned enterprise of new energy power generation,as the research object,and introduces the incentive status of young employees of GN company through the investigation and research of young employees of GN company.From the basic situation of the company,task allocation,promotion opportunities,training system,salary system,etc.as the research entry point,analyze the problems and reasons of the incentive status of GN young employees,and put forward the incentive optimization design scheme and implementation safeguard measures.This paper discusses the design and improvement of the incentive method for the infrastructure construction,the reasonable training system,and the practical orientation,the human resources guarantee,the warm heart project of the league organization,the care of trade union employees,the political responsibility of state-owned enterprises and enterprise culture construction.The scheme design has practical significance,which can arouse the attention of the enterprise management department to the incentive of young employees,and provide reference for GN company,especially for the optimization and improvement of new energy state-owned enterprises that mushrooming after mushrooms during the 14 th Five-Year Plan.On this basis,this study will theoretically deepen the theoretical understanding of the incentive scheme for young employees of state-owned enterprises in the new era,and provide new case studies for the optimization and innovation of the talent training mode of state-owned enterprises.
