| With the continuous deepening of national economic projects and enterprise reform systems,competition among power generation companies has gradually intensified.Many of our country’s corporate hydropower stations are located in remote areas in the southwest.The working environment of power station personnel is poor,and they have been in a depressive environment for a long time,causing a lot of negative emotions.Moreover,power stations are often built in high-altitude areas.Efficiency and physical health will inevitably cause huge losses to the economic benefits of enterprises.This article analyzes the job burnout of front-line employees of hydropower companies in the high-altitude and remote areas of Southwest China in response to this situation,and analyzes the problems in combination with the actual working environment and work content,and proposes scientific suggestions and measures,hoping to improve employees’ careers.Burnout stimulates employees’ enthusiasm for work and helps companies better manage employees.This thesis uses the MBI-GS Job Burnout Scale to complete the questionnaire survey.The subject of the survey is Enterprise D.Using SPSS19.0 software to analyze the collated data,it is concluded that the job burnout of employees is more serious.Employees have more negative emotions,and generally have negative attitudes towards work tasks.The degree of personalization of employees is more serious,and different marital situations have different personalization performance.Compared with unmarried people,the degree of job burnout is lower for married people;job differences will also cause differences in job burnout.The more the first-line jobs,the more serious job burnout,and the lesser job burnout in management positions;With the increase of working years,the influence of the degree of personalization gradually decreases.The factors that affect job burnout of D company employees include income level,education level,and working environment.Secondly,select 8 people with research value from the survey sample.After conducting a thorough and detailed investigation,it is concluded that the causes of job burnout can be summarized into three categories: individual,work,and organization.Individual refers to the level of education of employees,their own values,personal outlook,and temperament.Work refers to the position,working environment,and salary of employees.Organization refers to the relationship of leaders,opportunities for promotion,future career planning,etc.Finally,take necessary measures to deal with the job burnout of employees of hydropower enterprises in the difficult and remote areas of Southwest China.The specific method is to start with the organization and the society to comfort employees and help hydropower enterprises to develop better. |
