| In recent years,with the increasing aging of the population,the number of disabled elderly people due to chronic diseases is increasing year by year,and the problem of home care for the elderly is becoming more and more prominent.Based on the current social environment in China,the traditional family care method can no longer meet the current social needs due to factors such as changes in family structure.In this social context,many places in China are trying to implement respite care service,which is considered as one of the most feasible auxiliary methods for aging in place.However,the form of respite service and its support system,especially the construction of supply and demand relationship and resource matching,still need to be further improved.Without the necessary information transfer and resource integration and allocation,it is difficult for professional care services to intervene in the families of the disabled elderly in a precise and timely manner,and it is difficult to bring its value into play.Therefore,this paper takes the disabled and semi-disabled elderly as the research object,applies the process and method of service design,and analyzes the wholeness,synergy and orderliness of the respite elderly service system with the tools and methods of service design,compares the pain points encountered in the trial implementation of traditional forms of respite services in China,and carries out research on the optimization of the respite elderly service model under the concept of service design.The study of the optimization of the elderly care service model is carried out under the concept of service design.Through the design of the service system,we integrate the elderly resources,expand the coverage of the respite elderly service,meet the needs of more elderly people for respite elderly service information,service application and service content,and improve the satisfaction of the elderly and their families with the respite elderly service through the application of the service system,so that they can get a better home elderly care experience. |
