Research On Interior Design Of Home-based Care Home

In China,the arrival of an aging society is a new social form,and the environment of population growing will keep for a long time.The aging society not only brings us a negative signal,but also reflects the development and progress of the whole social civilization.Some developed countries that have entered the aging stage have made various explorations on old-age housing,and established their own model of old-age housing according to their respective national conditions.China has a large population base,a fast population growth rate,and an income growth rate that cannot keep pace with the rate of aging.At present,China has established the "9073 endowment policy",but the social service system of home care and the conditions of the old people’s housing are not ideal.According to the needs of elderly people in different stages for living space,this paper carries out design research on home-based old-age homes.From the psychological characteristics of old people,physical characteristics and behavior characteristics and the demand for living space,analyzed the domestic and foreign about the elderly living space good example,and sums up its advanced ideas and practices,teasing out the current problems and phenomena in the elderly living space;Mainly the first two stages,care for the elderly,and classify the residential mobility stage design,and interior space of a few important has carried on the summary and analysis of the optimal aging,hope that through this study can provide pension type that occupy the home house with a new model and design idea,makes every effort to provide a kind of deinstitutionalization for old man,safe,convenient and accessible endowment space that occupy the home,for the elderly in the future can enjoy sweet,comfortable pension space lay a certain foundation.
