At present, our country has entered the aging society, the aging of some cities has to catch up with Europe and the United States, pension issue has become our focus on and will continue to focus on the important livelihood issues over the years. Currently in discussions of the mode of providing for the aged, China has gone from the traditional family unit of home care supplies mode to home care and institutional pension parallel, in what is now the community is relying on the community home endowment pattern. With community home endowment pattern continues to advance, the old people ’s demand for health care is increasing, how at the community level to realize medical support combined to become at present in our country community home endowment mode of important issues. Community health primary care facilities has an important influence on the elderly in community health care. But from the point of view of the current development of the our country community primary care facilities, our community-based health services and facilities is in the development stage, lack of system, a variety of systems and infrastructure construction.
