Research On The Design Of Service Center For Township Nursing Home

The 21 st century is an era of aging population.At present,all developed countries in the world have entered the aging society,and many developing countries are entering or will enter the aging society.Increasingly serious population aging,pension service of diversified development,early in the developed countries in the exploration of an ageing society to form the community home endowment service system,our government is also will promote the development of community endowment service facilities,include the pension service system construction of our country,and gradually to the villages and towns in rural areas to promote.However,the weak social resources and basic social services in China’s rural areas generally lag behind,and the construction of rural elderly service facilities is not suitable for rural areas with weak economic foundation.Therefore,through the reorientation of the development mode and service content of the township elderly service facilities,the efficient and low-cost elderly service facilities suitable for the development of the township should be built.This paper takes the design and research of the elderly service center in wangjia town of panjin city as the research object,and discusses the design principles of the space of the township elderly service center through literature research,comparative study,investigation and interdisciplinary research,and tries to apply them to practical cases.The idea of this paper is to optimize the content of rural elderly care services in the context of aging.Firstly,starting from the development and status quo of old-age service at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the importance of the construction of township old-age service centers and the development categories of old-age service facilities,and analyzes excellent cases.Secondly,the spatial design of the elderly service center is analyzed from four aspects,including the influence of the basic characteristics of the elderly on the spatial design,the functional division of the space,the basic principles of the spatial design and the layout of the space,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the spatial design of the township elderly service center.Secondly,the design scheme for the elderly service center in wangjia town is proposed.Including preliminary analysis,design overview,plane analysis,space analysis,etc.Based on the above research,this paper summarizes the space design principles of China’s township elderly care service facilities and the need to meet the elderly’s rehabilitation and health care needs through the supply of service contents,and studies the construction of an efficient and low-cost township elderly care service facility that conforms to the development status of the township.It will play a positive role in optimizing the old-age service system and building a new socialist countryside.
