| According to the data of National Bureau of Statistics,China’s urbanization rate reached over 50% in 2011,and in the government work report in 2020,it was pointed out that the urbanization rate of China’s resident population exceeded 60% for the first time.The traditional urbanization model of inefficient,sloppy and spreading urbanization is unsustainable,and the current urban development model of incremental planning is gradually changing to stock planning.Under the perspective of stock planning and urban renewal,urban low-utility land has become the first choice to explore potential and revitalize land.In the context of territorial spatial planning and urban physical examination,the identification of urban low-utility land is used to comprehensively promote the functional awakening and effective reuse of urban lowutility land,bringing new ideas and setting new paths to significantly improve the level of intensive land use.We analyzed the urban physical examination,extracted the indicators for identifying urban low-utility land,used expert scoring method and hierarchical analysis method and yaahp software to determine the indicator weights,and analyzed the urban construction land in blocks.Based on the principles of stock planning and urban renewal,it is divided into different land use efficiency levels according to relevant standards,and very low efficiency and lower utility land are selected for function awakening strategy formulation.Taking Suiling County as an example,the causes and characteristics of low-utility land in Suiling County are analyzed through the analysis of its regional conditions and development profile.Based on a series of theories such as intensive land use and smart growth,we analyze and plan the nature and functional use of low-utility land in Suiling County,and select a number of representative sites to propose corresponding awakening strategies in terms of spatial renewal,land use optimization and facility configuration.Through the perspective of urban physical examination,the identification system of urban low-utility land is constructed and the functional awakening strategy is formulated,and the testing indexes and methods of urban physical examination are integrated into the process of urban planning and overall upgrading,so that the city has more scientific indexes and reasonable basis in the process of renewal,which provides theoretical support for the excavation and renewal of urban low-utility land in the future. |
