| At present,China has basically completed the initial construction of the urban physical examination and assessment mechanism.The Ministry of Natural Resources has established 33 mandatory basic indicators and 89 optional recommended indicators,and encouraged localities to set additional characteristic indicators.However,no guidance was given on the selection of recommended indicators and the development of characteristic indicators,resulting in most cities directly copying all indicators,with problems such as unrealistic content or lack of monitoring focus.In the same year,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development also proposed a physical inspection system,with much similar content.For this reason,the construction and selection mechanism of urban physical inspection indicators for national space should be clarified.Based on the physical examination indexes of the Ministry of Natural Resources and supplemented by the physical examination indexes of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,this thesis takes Jinghong,a famous tourist city in Yunnan Province,as the research object,and looks at "relevant national and local standards and norms","benchmark city indexes",and "evaluation guidelines of advanced city concept",The research is based on five dimensions: "relevant national and local standards and norms","benchmark city indicators","evaluation criteria and parameter values of advanced city concept","city development goals" and "social satisfaction",with the help of GIS spatial analysis technology,and using With the help of GIS spatial analysis technology and statistical analysis method,we explore the technical path of generating the general expected value and individual expected value of the annual physical examination index system of Jinghong City,and research the construction mechanism of the annual physical examination index system of Jinghong City.The results were then applied to Lijiang,a tourist city,and Luchun,a non-tourist city,to compare the results of the two cities,focusing on tourism and non-tourism indicators respectively,and to streamline the generated results,so as to build an annual checkup indicator system suitable for the development of small tourist cities in Yunnan Province.In the end,146 indicators of Jinghong City and 150 indicators of Yunnan small tourism cities were formed by the classification of "mandatory indicators + optional indicators". |
