| In recent years,in the Asia-Pacific region represented by China,the demand for the construction of high value-added ships represented by passenger-carrier ships has increased.The development of the shipping industry has also received high attention and guidance and support from Chinese governments and industries at all levels.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "adhere to the overall planning of land and sea,and accelerate the construction of a maritime power";"Made in China 2025" has listed high-tech ships as one of the top ten strategic industries for development.In 2019,the Action Plan for Building Shandong as a Strong Marine Province further requires: upgrading the shipbuilding industry,guiding shipbuilding enterprises to actively yet prudently reduce excess capacity and eliminate low-end ineffective capacity,in line with international shipbuilding standards,and improving the intelligent,green and integrated level of ship design and manufacturing.The ship industry is faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The application of scientific project management methods can improve the production capacity of enterprises,shorten the construction period,improve the project quality and economic benefits.This paper uses the relevant theories and methods of engineering schedule management to study and analyze the schedule plan of W0703 passenger and roller ship construction project of WHLJ Shipyard in the transition period,so as to achieve the purpose of delivering the ship on schedule,shortening the construction period and improving the benefit.In this paper,the characteristics of the W0703 passenger roll ship,construction process and key and difficult points in the construction process are analyzed,and the progress management process,methods and hidden dangers of the construction of the project are sorted out to lay the foundation for the development of the project schedule.Secondly,through the process decomposition of the project work,the determination of the responsible department and the logical sequence of the work,the duration of the process and other steps,prepare the basic data of the development of the project schedule,use the Zebra software to develop the network diagram of the project double code time mark,and make the preliminary plan of the project.Thirdly,the S-curve method is used to dynamically monitor the progress in the process of project implementation,analyze the health of the project progress,and use the plan review technology to correct and optimize the progress deviation affecting the total construction period,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the project schedule.Finally,the guarantee measures of organization management,resource management,safety management and quality management during the implementation of the project schedule are summarized and taken as the basis to build an all-dimensional and multilevel schedule management guarantee system.On the premise of ensuring the smooth implementation of the project,it provides scheme reference and theoretical basis for the schedule management of subsequent projects. |
