Construction Schedule Management Research In Environmental Protection Project B Of Company A

In recent years,with the rapid development of industrial society,environmental protection requirements are more and more strict.Environmental protection enterprises are generally faced with the difficulties of project management and schedule control.At present,the research on the construction progress management of environmental protection projects in China is relatively lagging behind.Most environmental protection enterprises still adopt the experience method in the construction,and rely more on the personal ability of the project manager,which has obvious limitations.Therefore,a more systematic and reproducible theoretical method is needed to effectively manage the construction progress of environmental protection projects.In this paper,environmental protection project B of company A is selected as the research object.Based on the theoretical knowledge of project schedule management,first of all,interview method and field survey method are used to summarize the schedule management problems existing in the construction process of the completed unit 1 transformation section,and the causes of the problems are analyzed from the aspects of the owner,design,construction and management.Secondly,on the basis of this,the paper puts forward the construction schedule optimization scheme for the unit 2 reconstruction section to be constructed:The WBS method and the reasonable decomposition of the work content are adopted.Based on the PERT technology,the construction schedule of unit 2 of environmental protection project B is arranged and the network plan is drawn,then determine critical path.The optimization of the construction schedule of the whole project is realized through the reasonable adjustment of the key lines in the network plan,then analyze the effect.It is concluded that the completion probability is significantly increased after optimization.Finally,the paper puts forward the project construction schedule control scheme and the guarantee measures to realize the project construction schedule,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the project according to the plan.This paper analyzes the main causes of problems in construction schedule management,summarizes the experience of construction schedule management,compiles a reasonable and targeted construction schedule,studies and formulates a schedule control plan,and puts forward the guarantee measures to realize the schedule,and obtains a systematic construction progress management theory and method system.The study of this paper not only has practical significance for the construction of the unit 2 transformation project of environmental protection project B,but also provides great reference value for the construction of other similar projects of company A,and also provides relevant cases of reference significance for other environmental protection enterprise related projects.
