Research On Progress Management Of LH Primary School Construction Progect

School,one of the necessary infrastructures in the city community construction,has been brought to the attention of the people.While in recent years,unable to control the project schedule closely in the process of school construction project implementation,leads to the school to fail to deliver on schedule.As a result,students cannot enter school and study at the prescribed time,in accordance with the relevant provisions to produce a lot of residents’contradictory events.Therefore,this paper studies the progress management of school construction projects,finds out the factors that affect the progress of school construction projects cannot be carried out according to the expected plan,and puts forward corresponding solutions to these factors.This is conducive to building a harmonious society,reducing conflicts among residents,providing a guarantee for students to receive education in time,and promoting the promotion of education popularization.This paper selects the construction project of LH primary school as the research object.Through the research on the current situation of project schedule management of LH primary school,this paper combs the characteristics and existing problems of LH primary school construction project,and puts forward some suggestions on the schedule control of LH primary school construction project.Firstly,this paper uses the milestone method and WBS method to subdivide the work objectives,uses the scientific estimation method to estimate the duration of the project activities,and designs the project schedule based on the logical relationship between the activities,so as to draw the project network plan to identify the key lines.Secondly,the horizontal chart comparison method is introduced into the progress control of LH primary school construction project.Through in-depth study of the problems existing in the progress of LH elementary school construction project and the influencing factors affecting the implementation of the plan,the measures of project progress tracking and progress error correction are put forward.Finally,the guarantee measures for the schedule management of LH elementary school construction project are proposed from five aspects:organization,technology,management,resources and construction support,so as to successfully achieve the schedule planning and optimization objectives of LH Primary School project.On the one hand,the influencing factors leading to the problems in the progress of the LH primary school construction project are obtained through analysis.On the other hand,based on scientific,systematic and standardized scientific management methods,the implementation plan of the LH primary school construction project schedule is designed,and in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan,the guarantee measures are put forward from five aspects of organization,technology,management,resources and construction support.The case of LH primary school construction project used in this paper is similar to many primary school construction projects,so the research results of this paper have certain reference value for the progress management of other school construction projects.
