The application of modern project management technology to the precision mold injection has been making progress and also promoting the development of those companies.However,the professional use of the technology still remains to be improved.By choosing Y Company where the author works as an example,this dissertation has briefly discussed the current methods of designing the progress plan in the company.The actual problems exposed in the historical plan document of FS4 project,which is a typical failure case,have been also analyzed.Based on the theory of project time management and the industrial experience of the author,this dissertation is devoted to identifying and analyzing the main problems and fundamental causes of the failure.Some suggestions on how to solve those problems has been also proposed.A hypothetical mold project has been carried out according to the steps and suggestions on designing the plan for project time management.The advantages and disadvantages of the designs have been compared and analyzed.With the aid of resource optimization and key chain technologies,the author has also optimized the plan document of the hypothetical project again so as to make it more scientific and feasible.Lastly,the overall scheme has been summarized and extended.Therefore,a scheme and template for plan design suitable for the precision mold injection industry has been gained. |
