Automobile is the pearl of modern industrial system.With the rapid development of automobile technology and the promotion of the concept of energy saving and emission reduction,higher requirements are put forward for the safety and energy saving performance of automobiles.The use of ultra-high strength steel plates with hot forming technology to manufacture body parts is the goal pursued by the automotive manufacturing industry,and is also one of the hottest topics in the automotive industry.The high strength and light weight of hot formed parts have also attracted the attention of the aviation and military industries,but there are also problems such as complex technical processes,long equipment production cycles,many cross operations,and difficulties in installation and commissioning.In this era of rapid technological development,time represents the biggest cost,and being one step ahead of the others is the key to the whole project.This paper takes the A automobile hot forming production line construction project led by Company B as the research object,draws on the project experience in the field of system integration,and introduces the concept of project schedule management.First of all,start with referring to the relevant literature on the progress management of similar system integration projects at home and abroad,and compare the experience that can be used for reference.Then,by analyzing the current situation of the project management of Company B and the reasons for the poor effect of the previous projects,listen to the experience and suggestions of some participants,and improve it during the implementation of the project.Then the WBS work breakdown structure method is used to break down the tasks of the elements of the project,develop a milestone plan that conforms to the characteristics of the project according to the workload and complexity of the sub-units,decompose the project into several different implementation stages,estimate the time required for each sub-unit,and use the network planning method to express the logical sequence between the sub-units,draw a critical path map,and find the key work of the project.Finally,the critical chain method is used to calculate the buffer time and insert it into the network plan chart.And finally,a scientific and reasonable schedule is formulated and a Gantt chart is drawn.In the implementation stage,the schedule of the construction project of the A automobile hot forming production line is monitored,the possible deviation factors of each sub-unit are analyzed and demonstrated,and the plans of each stage are adjusted in real time to ensure that the project is carried out as scheduled.By analyzing the impact of deviation factors on the project progress and establishing regular meeting system,plan and early warning mechanism,the problems of complex linkage of hot forming production line construction projects,prominent contradictions in the process of multi-component parallel operation,and difficult to control the deviation were successfully solved.Finally,the importance of reasonable project schedule management method in the construction of hot forming production line is highlighted by comparing the previou’s projects with the results of the project.Through the research of this project,the construction project schedule management model of A automobile hot forming production line is constructed,which combs the project management system for Company B,establishes a complete project management system and approval process,and enriches and improves the theoretical and reasonable project schedule management in the hot forming field that is suitable for China’s national conditions,and provides ideas and new methods for exploring the application of hot forming technology in other fields. |
