With the further definition of China’s "double carbon" policy and development path,the rise of clean energy and new energy and the decline of thermal power is a decisive trend.Influenced by this development trend,some countries with relatively developed new energy applications,such as Europe and the United States,have taken the lead in introducing the concept of smart grid.In March 2021,China issued an industrial policy for macro-control,especially in the 14th Five-Year Plan,which elaborates the requirements of this reform and innovation for the future grid.The future will be an intelligent upgrade and iteration of the infrastructure.With the national grid vigorously building strong power grids and power Internet of Things,the overall investment scale of China’s power grid continues to expand.Z is a company with professional analysis capability and rich management experience in the field of power intelligent operation and maintenance in China,providing systematic solutions for power intelligent operation and maintenance,capable of intelligent monitoring and comprehensive data analysis of transmission,substation and distribution,and providing a comprehensive set of monitoring,pre-warning,field management and analysis.early warning to on-site management and analysis of the power system operation and maintenance system.In this context,the long-term healthy development of the company is an issue that Z must face.In this paper,Company Z is taken as a typical research model in the context of corporate strategy theory,and strategic management analysis is conducted around the company,and the research related to corporate development strategy in the field of transmission line intelligent operation and maintenance is summarized.Firstly,the external macro environment of Company Z is analyzed in detail,mainly Porter’s five forces model is selected,and Company Z’s industry environment and competitors’ competition pattern are analyzed,and finally the opportunities and threats of Company Z are derived.Then the internal environment of Company Z was analyzed,and the development,operation and key resources and capabilities of Company Z were sorted out,and the strengths and weaknesses of Company Z were derived.Then the vision and strategic objectives of the company are introduced,the opportunities and threats of Company Z are illustrated through SWOT analysis,and it is proposed that Company Z should choose a growth-oriented development strategy,as well as the specific embodiment of the company’s growth-oriented strategy in the three levels through McKinsey’s three-level analysis,and the development plan and implementation plan for each stage of the company are refined.Finally,this paper proposes strategic guarantee measures that fit the situation of Company Z in terns of product structure,talent training,technology research and development,and strategic cooperation,taking into account the current situation and problems of Company Z.The analysis of Company Z and the study of development strategies in this paper have certain significance for the development of other enterprises in the field of intelligent power operation and maintenance. |
