| With the continuous development of economic level,the market demand has become more diversified.To gain the upper hand in the competition,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises must reduce costs and increase efficiency to obtain more profits.As the carrier for enterprises to implement production,the reasonable layout of the workshop will not only affect the transportation distance and logistics costs,but also affect the production efficiency of products and the operation ability of enterprises.Good workshop layout can reduce production costs to the minimum while ensuring product quality,and is an effective means to improve its competitiveness in the changing market environment.With the development of the company,the problem that its workshop layout does not match the growing demand has also been exposed.Therefore,for the long-term development of the enterprise,scientific layout planning of the workshop is essential.The machining workshop of ZJ company studied in this paper plays a very important role in the production process of products.However,due to the lack of design experience and long-term planning during the construction,the layout of the machining workshop is unreasonable.With the continuous increase of enterprise business,disadvantages are becoming increasingly apparent.In order to improve the overall efficiency,it is urgent to improve the layout of the workshop.In order to solve the current problems in the machining workshop of ZJ Company,the following research has been mainly conducted in this article: First of all,according to the workshop data and production materials collected from the survey,the production and logistics status of the workshop were analyzed,and it was found that the layout of the workshop did not adapt to the production status,the logistics transportation distance was too far,and the route was messy.Secondly,the traditional system layout design(SLP)method is used to conduct initial layout optimization design for existing problems.After systematic calculation and analysis of the logistics and non logistics relationships between different operating units in the machining workshop,a comprehensive relationship location correlation diagram is obtained,and then two sets of initial layout plans are obtained after adjustment based on the actual situation of the workshop.However,due to the strong subjective factors of SLP method,after considering the actual characteristics of the workshop,a multi-objective optimization mathematical model was further designed,and the layout scheme generated by SLP method was integrated into the initial population of the algorithm.The final layout scheme is obtained using an improved genetic algorithm,and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by comparing the optimization effects before and after layout.Thirdly,use Flexsim software to simulate the original layout and the optimized layout plan,and compare them in terms of transportation distance and volume,hourly production volume of products,working conditions of production equipment and transportation tools to verify the effectiveness of the optimized plan.Finally,based on the actual needs of ZJ Company,corresponding safeguard measures are proposed from the four aspects of organization,personnel,funds,and systems to ensure the smooth implementation of the final layout optimization plan. |
