Solving the problem of workshop facilities layout is the key to reducing the production cost of a manufacturing enterprise.Designing a good layout scheme under the constraints of the production resources of enterprises has always been a hot topic of research by scholars.According to the needs of enterprises,the paper designs a layout model that conforms to the tool production workshop.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to solve the layout problem of the workshop facility layout,and then the computer simulation technology is used to optimize the layout model.Firstly,it expounds the purpose and significance of the research,the research methods and layout mathematical models of workshop facilities layout at home and abroad,the second part introduces the main research contents and method theory,and then studies the existing workshop layout model and intelligent optimization algorithm.Based on the actual workshop conditions,the mathematical model of the facility layout is established,and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.A new solution method is proposed to meet the layout problem of the shop floor.A group evolution strategy is adopted for the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.Evolution,part of the population genetic evolution,and the effective combination of the two,verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm;then use the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the established mathematical model,and get the initial layout scheme;the paper finally uses the simulation software eMPlant,Verification of the initial layout plan,combined with the actual tool processing technology,simulation of the actual production process,analysis and improvement of the initial layout plan,to provide a better layout.The paper effectively combines particle swarm optimization with genetic algorithm,proposes a new algorithm,and proposes a new decoding method to provide a way to solve the problem of facility layout.The algorithm and computer simulation technology are effectively combined to make the layout scheme more perfect,and the research results have a good reference for the relevant workshop facility layout designers.
