| The planning and design of workshop facilities is one of the important researches in the field of industrial engineering.The quality of workshop layout has a direct impact on the production efficiency and income of enterprises.At present,the workshop layout planning of some domestic enterprises often adopts traditional experience,lacking scientific theory and data basis as support,which will also lead to the inability to adapt to changes in production requirements in future production.The combination of Systematic Layout Planning(SLP)and intelligent algorithm can avoid the shortage of traditional experience and get a more scientific and reasonable planning scheme.In this thesis,the workshop layout of enterprise C is taken as the research object,and the production logistics is taken as the starting point to optimize the workshop layout.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the current situation of workshop layout and production logistics,and finds out the existing problems;Secondly,the SLP method is used to comprehensively analyze the relationship between the logistics and non logistics of the workshop,draw the floor area map of the operation unit,and obtain two groups of initial layout plans;Thirdly,based on the above results,an improved genetic algorithm model is established and solved with the objective function of minimizing the logistics cost of the workshop to obtain the layout optimization scheme;Finally,the total logistics cost and other aspects of the optimized and pre optimized schemes are compared and evaluated to verify the effectiveness of the combination of SLP and improved genetic algorithm.The results show that the workshop layout combining SLP and improved genetic algorithm effectively reduces the logistics handling cost in the workshop,strengthens the relationship between work units,and improves the operation efficiency of the production system and the core competitiveness of the enterprise.It provides a new idea and concept for the upgrading and transformation of enterprises,as well as a reference for the layout of the same type of production workshops,which is of practical significance. |
