| In recent years,competition among enterprises has intensified and customer demand for products has increased.Manufacturing enterprises are beginning to optimize workshop layout in order to quickly respond to these needs.Workshop layout is an important means of enhancing enterprise competitiveness.Therefore,enterprises hope to reduce handling distance,improve production efficiency,and maintain product quality through scientific and theoretical guidance,in order to meet the increasing demand for products and lower production costs.This article studies the air conditioning manufacturing plant of Company M as a case study.The factory was built at the beginning of the company to create,but compared with recently built workshop,by reason of the lack of management and human resources,cause no then the scientific planning of the layout of the plant.Because managers are conducted on the basis of individual experience artifice,caused the handling and transportation route problem such as well.So,it is necessary to improve the layout of the air conditioning plant of Company M in order to improve the production efficiency of the factory.This paper aims to discuss the current problems in the production of air conditioning by Company M.The paper mainly investigates the layout of the production workshop,production process,production logistics distance,and production logistics.Based on this,the F-D method is used to study the existing workshop layout.This paper takes M Company as an example to carry out research on the air conditioning production workshop.First of all,it conducts field research on the air conditioning production workshop of M Company and makes statistics on the survey data,summarizes the problems in the workshop,analyzes the problems and gives solutions.By using Flexsim software to conduct physical modeling of the production workshop of M Company and simulation analysis of statistical data,the existing problems of the workshop are analyzed,and the problems existing in the workshop are dealt with and improved by combining theory with practice.Mainly optimized the process and station layout,after using IE and SLP methods to optimize the production workshop of M company,based on the actual situation and problems of the production workshop,built the mathematical model of the production workshop balance optimization problem,and applied it to the MATLAB program.The optimal scheme of this model is obtained through the simulation analysis in MATLAB program.On this basis,Flexsim simulation software is used to simulate and compare the influence of each process parameter in practical application.The results show that the optimized scheme makes the balance rate and productivity of each table greatly improved,and the load of each table tends to balance.In this pa per,the optimal control in the air conditioning production process of M company is deeply discussed,which can provide a reference for other kinds of air conditioning production of M company,and also provide certain theoretical technology and technical guidance for other manufacturing enterprises to optimize the air conditioning production process. |
