The layout design of manufacturing system equipment is one of the most important research contents in the field of industrial engineering.The quality of layout design is not only related to the production efficiency of the factory and the utilization rate of the factory,but also to the service life of the equipment and the safety of production.The traditional equipment layout mainly depends on the experience of layout designer,lacking of scientific theoretical analysis and quantitative calculation,so the layout cost is high and the period is long.Whether the layout of facilities is reasonable or not is a key factor that directly affects the economic benefits of enterprises.This paper first gives a detailed overview of the layout of workshop equipment.This paper summarizes the related concepts of equipment layout,and expounds the traditional theoretical methods of manufacturing system equipment layout design.Based on the analysis of the optimization objectives and constraints of the multi line facility layout model,a mixed integer programming mathematical model of multi-line layout is established,which takes the minimization of material handling cost and replacement cost as the objectives.Taking the degree of logistics sequence and inversion into account,the ACOSA algorithm design improved by ACO and SA is proposed.The detailed algorithm design and solution steps are given.The results show that the algorithm can effectively avoid the algorithm falling into the local optimum,and the MATLAB software is used to implement the algorithm.By analyzing a machining workshop with an example,this set of theory is applied to the layout of a workshop in a machining factory,and the layout is optimized based on the current situation of the workshop layout,product demand and product technology.Through the comparison between the new layout scheme and the pre optimization scheme,it is concluded that this model and algorithm is an effective way to solve the facility layout problem.Finally,through plant simulation to further verify its logistics.From the perspective of cost-benefit analysis,this paper considers whether to re plan the layout,provides quantifiable standards for enterprises to meet such problems again,and also forms a more systematic method and thinking to solve such problems.
