With the development of energy industry,new energy sources dominated by photovoltaic power generation industry occupy an important position in the national energy structure.In this context,all kinds of photovoltaic engineering construction project,the construction of such projects with large scale,the structure and function characteristics of complex,large amount of investment,which means that the photovoltaic power generation project in the construction process will be threatened by all kinds of risk factors,there was a problem in any link,can cause the project the negative impact of irreversible,Only by properly handling various risk factors can we ensure the completion of the project in accordance with the expected objectives.Therefore,the risk management of Yangyuan photovoltaic power plant project is studied in this paper.Firstly,the risk management status of Yangyuan photovoltaic power plant project is investigated and analyzed,the sources of internal and external risk factors of the project are pointed out,and the main problems existing in the project risk management are analyzed.Secondly,the checklist method and Delphi method are selected as the project risk identification methods,and the two methods are respectively used to carry out the initial identification and accurate screening of the project risk,so as to obtain the project risk identification results,including 5 risk types including natural risk,management risk and corresponding 17 risk factors.Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are selected to carry out the project risk evaluation.The first step is to calculate the weight of the risk evaluation index by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).On this basis,the fuzzy evaluation set is calculated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and then the overall risk level of the project and the levels of the main risks are determined.This means that the overall risk of the project is large,and there are major omissions in related work,which need to be controlled by measures.Finally,based on the project risk evaluation results,according to the risk levels of five types of risks,including natural risk,targeted control measures are proposed,including the purchase of geological disaster insurance,the establishment of severe climate monitoring group,hydrological monitoring work,optimization of the project organizational structure model,the development of construction plan preparation process,building high-quality project management team,etc.Through the risk management research of Yangyuan photovoltaic power plant project,this paper explores various risk factors in the whole process of project construction,evaluates the impact of various risk factors on the project construction,and puts forward the risk control measures,which provides theoretical guidance for the risk management of Yangyuan photovoltaic power plant project,and promotes the smooth completion and delivery of the project. |
