| Due to the sharp decline in the reserves of traditional fossil energy in China,it is difficult for energy development to coordinate with environmental protection.Therefore,in the face of the contradiction between the massive exploitation of traditional energy and environmental protection,it is urgent to develop new energy technologies to meet the needs of social development.As a clean energy with abundant reserves in the world,the development of photovoltaic power generation is of great necessity.However,in the actual implementation and development process,the project faced with risk events seriously affected the smooth development of photovoltaic power generation.Therefore,choosing correct and efficient risk identification and evaluation methods to assist risk management personnel to avoid the occurrence of risks is the key to the success of photovoltaic power generation project.Based on the above points,this paper is carrying out research on the risk related work of a photovoltaic grid-connected power generation project in Shaanxi province.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Make necessary understanding of relevant distributed photovoltaic power generation risk management theory and domestic and foreign research status,based on previous research results,provide the necessary information for the orderly development of this research activity,and clarify the overall research ideas and technical routes;(2)From a holistic perspective,comprehensively analyze the risks of distributedphotovoltaic grid-connected power generation projects,combine photovoltaic power generation and risk assessment theory with subsequent actual project risk analysis,and use this as a basis to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the conduct of this research activity,Determine the evaluation reference;(3)Follow the principle of step by step to elaborate a case of a photovoltaic grid-connected power generation project in Shaanxi,and analyze and summarize the solar energy situation,regional characteristics and risk characteristics of the project in the area where the project is located,that is,use on this basis The WBS-RBS method correctly identifies the risk factors faced by the project,explores the causes,and identifies potential risks through effective construction of the project’s actual risk evaluation index system and effectively prevents them;(4)Through the comprehensive application of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper analyzes a photovoltaic grid-connected power generation project in Shaanxi.First,based on the analytic hierarchy process,the weight of each risk influence factor index is determined;secondly,the evaluation matrix is determined by means of fuzzy mathematical analysis;finally,the construction of the project risk evaluation model is completed to determine the project’s risk impact degree and use this Make corresponding risk response strategies to provide useful reference for the project to prevent risks.The risk identification and risk evaluation model selected in this paper can better help risk managers in risk decision-making and prevention,and has a certain practical guidance for improving the level of project risk management and control. |
