In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, our country’s economy level has been greatly improved. However, the environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious. High energy consumption and high pollution industry pattern already can not meet the requirements of the new era of economic development, solar photovoltaic power generation as the representative of the new green energy industry has gradually attracted people’s attention. At this stage, the level of development of photovoltaic power generation industry is relatively high in developed European countries, the domestic development is lagging behind, lack of technical and management experience, in the process of photovoltaic power generation project development inevitably faced various kinds of risks. Therefore, the identification of various risks PV projects and to carry out safety risk assessment of photovoltaic power generation projects based on this, and then take the appropriate control measures to reduce the various risks.This paper first introduces the research status and development trends of the domestic and international risk assessment system, it elaborated the risk theory, risk evaluation theory and the risk evaluation.theory of photovoltaic power generation project. On this basis, combining with the characteristics of photovoltaic power generation projects, carried photovoltaic project risk factors from natural conditions, technical, economic and market point of view, thus completed the construction of photovoltaic power generation project risk evaluation index system; At the same time, using the analytic hierarchy (AHP) method is more scientific, and objective to determine the evaluation index system of the weight of each evaluation index, fuzzy mathematics theory was applied to evaluate light volt generating project risk, built based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive risk evaluation model of photovoltaic power generation project. Finally, the photovoltaic power generation project based on fuzzy mathematics theory and integrated risk assessment model applied to the actual project of a photovoltaic power generation projects, the validity of the applicability and feasibility of the risk assessment model for risk assessment of photovoltaic power generation projects important reference value.
