The grid is an important national infrastructure,economic security and energy security.Electricity is an important means of production and means of subsistence,power supply services cover the whole society of every industry,business and family.Power development relations national economy lifeline and national energy security.Therefore,the risk management of electric power project is very important,some enterprises are not aware of the risk,the risk of the grid project is not a comprehensive and systematic analysis and evaluation,resulting in the power grid project in the implementation process,suffered the original can be avoided losses,not only affected the progress of the project and the implementation of the results,but also affected the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.In this paper,some basic characteristics of power grid project are introduced,such as the construction period is long,the investment amount is large,the project complexity is high,and the necessity of risk identification for power grid engineering project is explained.Risk identification is from the system point of view,the project implementation process facing the direct risks,potential risks identified process,and to analyze and find out the deep factors leading to these risks,these factors are classified to find the risk The main factors,and the main factors of the probability and the risk of the risk of the risk to estimate and deal with.The identification of risk in the whole process of power grid project is put forward,and the significance of risk identification and the current situation of development at home and abroad are introduced.The risk identification based on the whole process is brought forward,and the system is divided into six stage.From each of the six stages,risk identification is carried out to find out the factors that lead to the risk,find out the connection between these factors,and then from the system point of view of these factors are evaluated,in order to find the main factors that lead to risk.In this paper,a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to evaluate the main risk factors.Based on the probability of occurrence of the risk and the impact on the project,the risk of the project can be judged.According to an example,the above method has been used in practice to illustrate the feasibility of the method.
