| At present,the technical level of refrigerated preservation can ensure the quality of fresh agricultural products and prolong their life cycle,which provides technical support and practical guarantee for the cross-season sales of fresh agricultural products.However,the supply chain of agricultural products in China,seasonal production and seasonal sales is still the mainstream marketing means of agricultural cooperatives,there is a serious imbalance in supply and marketing,agricultural products unsalable,agricultural cooperatives loss phenomenon is common.Therefore,this paper studies how agricultural cooperatives use cold storage and air storage to realize the cross-season sale of fresh agricultural products in order to solve the problem of waste of agricultural resources and weak profits of agricultural cooperatives.This thesis considers that agricultural cooperatives use cold storage and controlled atmosphere storage to store fresh agricultural products in the producing area at the same time,and the products are sold in three stages after the end of the harvest season.The demand of each stage is uncertain.At each stage,cooperatives should comprehensively weigh the current demand,existing inventory and future market demand and make supply decisions.This paper constructs a three-stage dynamic inventory management model of cooperatives through the method of modeling and optimization,and studies the optimal inventory decision-making of cooperatives.At the same time,considering the situation that retailers use cold storage and controlled atmosphere storage in the producing area,this paper constructs a three-stage dynamic inventory management model of retailers,and compares the single-stage inventory management model with the centralized decision-making model as the basic model to verify the effectiveness of the three-stage dynamic inventory management model of cooperatives and the three-stage dynamic inventory management model of retailers.Through numerical analysis,the cooperative three-stage dynamic inventory management model is compared with the single-stage inventory management model.It is clear that when the output is taller than the seasonal market demand,the cooperative three-stage dynamic inventory management model is better than the single-stage inventory management model.And through a comparative study on cooperative three-stage dynamic inventory management model with retailers three-stage dynamic inventory management model,centralized decisionmaking model,it is concluded that the cooperative and its distribution and retailers in the supply chain profit,found cooperative three-stage dynamic inventory management model in cooperative profit is always higher than the retailers three-stage dynamic inventory management model,And the cooperative three-stage dynamic inventory management model can make the profit distribution of both sides of the supply chain more balanced. |
