| Nearly two years,chengdu-chongqing region shuangcheng economic circle of onomic development and construction has been brought into development planning in our country,and the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,a large bay area of guangdong and the Yangtze river delta area,becomes the fourth growth pole of China’s economic development.Chengdu-chongqing Shuangcheng Economic circle has strong industrial strength,rich mineral resources and unique geographical advantages.But in terms of logistics,chengdu-chongqing twins economy circle but there are many problems:(1)the core city of chengdu,chongqing two comprehensive logistics service capability is strong,but lacking the support of the secondary cities,coordinated development concept is not strong;(2)The infrastructure within the economic circle is not perfect and needs to be improved;(3)Inside economic circle basically with highway transport is given priority to,freight structure is unbalanced.Therefore,we need to chengdu-chongqing shuangcheng economic circle of logistics network structure is optimized,and advancing the chengdu-chongqing shuangcheng economic circle logistics integration together.In view of the above problems,this paper has done the following research :(1)Firstly,the overall comprehensive transportation network structure of chengdu-chongqing twin cities economic circle and the development of urban logistics in the economic circle are systematically analyzed,and then the highway,railway,water transport and aviation logistics network are discussed in detail,according to the current situation of chengdu-chongqing twin cities economic circle existing logistics network problems.(2)Based on the analysis of the main factors affecting the entire hub-and-spoke logistics network,combined with the collaborative integration of chengdu-Chongqing economic circle logistics development requirements,comprehensive consideration of different construction costs,transit costs,economies of scale and service time constraints of cargo transportation,establish the hub-and-spoke logistics network optimization model,and design tabu search algorithm to solve the model problems.(3)By using the constructed hub-and-spoke logistics network optimization model,the logistics network of Chengdu-Chongqing twin cities economic circle is studied as an example,and the heuristic algorithm--tabu search algorithm is used to solve the model,and the optimized logistics network layout scheme of Chengdu-Chongqing twin cities economic circle is obtained.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of the optimization results is conducted to verify the feasibility. |
