| With the continuous advancement of economic globalization and regional economic integration,the degree of liberalization and facilitation of global trade and investment is further deepened.So it is very necessary for enterprises to implement strategic risk management for operating efficiency and benefits.Since the implementation of the internationalization strategy in 2012,KT Group has 12 branches in the world.However,through investigations,it is found that in the process of strategy implementation,KT Group faces many difficulties,such as more internal and external risks,the relatively weak strategic risk control system,and the deficient management.In order to improve the strategic risk management and response ability of KT Group,the key is to accurately identify,analyze and control the risk factors that affect the realization of strategic objectives.This paper fully draws on the relevant theoretical knowledge of risk management,decision-making management and strategic management at home and abroad.Based on the full investigations and analyses of the status quo of strategic risk management of KT Group,this paper analyzes the status quo and problems of strategic risk management of KT Group by using literature research,case summary,inductive research and other research methods.By scanning the environment,it analyzes the economic development environment of domestic and international market and the characteristics of the industry itself.With PEST,Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and Value Chain Analysis methods respectively,It comprehensively analyzes the external environment,industry environment and internal environment of KT Group under the strategic plan,and also analyzes the sources,types,causes of the strategic risks one by one.On this basis,the strategic risk management system of KT Group is established.Based on the strategic risk management system,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively evaluate the strategic risk of KT Group,and finally determines that the degree of strategic risk of KT Group belongs to low strategic risk.In terms of the importance of strategic risk factors,the top three are political risk,the ability risk of current competitors in related industry and economic risk.According to the strategic risk of KT Group,a management response plan for early warning management and risk decision-making has been proposed.Based on the investigated strategic risk factors,this paper analyzes the four first level strategic risk indicators of KT Group one by one,and puts forward the control measures of strategic risk of KT Group,so as to provide a strong reference for relevant enterprises in the industry,especially for multinational enterprises.In the research process of this paper,it is also found that the strategic risk evaluation system needs to be monitored and updated according to the internal and external situation of the enterprise.Therefore,the research of enterprise strategic risk management in this paper needs to be further refined.This article innovates and comprehensively uses external and internal risk methods to systematically investigate KT Group’s strategic risks,identify and evaluate strategic risk factors,so as to effectively enhance its international competitiveness and provide useful reference for other companies. |
