Along with the social improvement of living standards,the youths aesthetic requirement and the requirement for quality of life more and more high,consider factors when rent housing is also more and more,is not only the pursuit of material life on diversification,more attention to the spiritual life of rich and harmonious neighborhood relationship and value pluralism of part of the social system is more and more become impossible to ignore.The concept of sharing has received more and more attention in China,resulting in many design practices of sharing communities.Lifestyle for young people like sharing community provides a new way of life,and accepted by more and more young people,under the condition of guarantee the basic living requirements to meet,to maximize community relations and neighborhood interaction,Shared public facilities,Shared property management fees,management fees,etc.,have broken the traditional housing loneliness and rigid.The public space is the carrier and platform of neighborhood relations in the youth apartment,which can be called the youth community.It gathers the efforts and emotions of all the residents and develops into the core cohesion and central hub of the youth apartment,providing the precious social life for the residents.In order to attract customers and keep them in the youth community,some necessary design techniques should be used in the design to enhance the atmosphere and interest of the space and improve the interaction between the space and users.Finally,under the research of youth group and shared community,the theoretical research and design practice of youth community are completed through a series of processes including preliminary investigation,project site selection,node analysis and effect drawing exhibition.
