Research On The Interior Space Design Of Community-type Youth Apartments Under The Background Of Urbanization

With the rapid development of China's economy,the pace of urbanization in China has accelerated the urban population structure.Especially in the first-tier cities such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen in the north,the input of foreign talents has become an important part of the urban talent reserve.Correspondingly,how to solve the housing problem of foreign talents has become an important subject in the fields of architecture,urban and rural planning,art and design,etc.However,there are many shortcomings and hidden dangers in private joint rent.These hidden dangers affect the quality of living,and even threaten the lives of tenants.It is in this context that the long-Rent youth apartment came into being.However,due to the short development time of youth apartments in China,there is no standardized design process and method.Therefore,the author chooses community-based youth apartment as the topic of graduation thesis,which has strong practical significance.he object of this research is community-based youth apartment.Based on the background introduction and the meaning of the title,supported by the design theories at home and abroad,and combined with practical cases,the author tries to summarize a set of feasible design methods to guide the design work.Quantitative data are collected through online research,and improvement points of apartments are found through field research and interview.The information obtained is summarized and refined,so as to provide a clear direction for the construction of community-based youth apartments.Finally,on the basis of theoretical research,practical analysis and current situation investigation,this paper classifies and summarizes the types of interior space and interior decoration methods,and focuses on the layout method of public space and the organizational mode of indoor functional zoning.The ideal model of future community apartment interior space layout is put forward as the core value and innovation of this paper,so as to explore the space design method under the co-rental living mode.
