Study On Space Design Of Youth Apartment Based On Shared Life Mode

Because of the rapid development of our economy and the high density of urban population,the rising house prices have led many young people who are struggling in the city to choose rented houses as living space.However,the co-rented young people are not familiar with each other,unreasonable distribution of public space and other problems resulting in isolation of living conditions,unfamiliar neighborhood relations and other problems.With the rise of shared life mode in our country,it provides a new reference for the youth group who rent a house.Through the analysis of the literature and cases of the shared life pattern and the youth apartment at home and abroad and the investigation of the present situation of the living space of the youth group,this paper finds that the problems such as the disorder of the living space environment of the individual,the unreasonable distribution of the public space,the lack of activity space,the indifference of the shared rent relationship and the unfamiliar neighborhood relationship are common.Combined with the influence of shared life model on neighborhood relations,this paper summarizes the characteristics of shared life model with the same frequency crowd,space sharing and life cooperation from the perspective of sociology and behavioral psychology.The shared space is divided into centralized shared space,semi-open space and neighborhood sharing in the form of spatial publicity hierarchy Three types of space are used,and the carrying function of different shared space is summarized at the same time,hoping to realize the cooperation in the life of youth groups through the proposal of different types of shared space,and to solve the existing problems of living space under the premise of satisfying their living needs.The research also summarizes the specific types of existing youth apartments in China are low rent berth type,staff dormitory type and commercial and residential type,and summarizes the different types ofsuitable population and distribution city,which lays a theoretical foundation for the specific apartment type of the later design scheme.Then through the sharing space plane distribution form and the vertical distribution form design,as well as the life cooperation design In the division of space function and space composition,a conceptual youth apartment design scheme is proposed.It is hoped that through the design idea of this paper,we can solve the isolated living condition of youth group,relieve the pressure caused by high intensity working frequency and mechanized working mode,and provide a new idea for the new life mode and the space design of youth apartment.
