Research On The Design Of “MEET U” Youth Apartment Based On The Concept Of Sharing

In the context of global urbanization,along with the development of urban economy and the continuous influx of young people,urban population is becoming more and more dense,and people’s lifestyles and cultural needs are also changing.At the same time,the housing problem of young people is becoming increasingly serious,and the disadvantages of indifferent interpersonal relationships and lack of communication between neighbors caused by the living style in modern cities are gradually revealed.In order to meet the aspirations of young people for a better life,more and more designers are trying to create spatial environments that are suitable for current living and adapt to the development of the times.Housing is related to people’s well-being,and renting is one of the important ways for young people to solve their housing problems.How to retain young people,solve the housing problem of young people,and create a living space that respects young people’s preferences,meets their needs,and satisfies them to share the fruits of urban development is also an urgent problem for urban development.Therefore,the author hopes to explore public spaces suitable for youth groups through the concept of sharing,to help young people establish a healthy and active social circle,to create a living environment that can improve the quality of life,and to support the dream of urban youth to live in peace.The article starts the research on this topic in six parts.Firstly,we discuss the background,purpose and significance of the topic,briefly explain and summarize the theoretical research results at home and abroad,and further explain the research methods used in the paper.Then,we elaborate on the concepts of the selected topic and analyze and summarize the design cases in related fields at home and abroad.Secondly,in order to make the public space of the apartment better meet the living needs of young people,the author analyzes the characteristics of the target group in depth,uses the questionnaire method to collect and organize relevant information,summarizes their current living conditions and living needs,and provides data support for the subsequent research on the design of public space of shared youth apartments.On the basis of summarizing the personality characteristics,spatial preferences,functional needs and spatial tolerance of youth groups,the concept of sharing is integrated into the public space design of youth apartments,and the public space design principles are combined to explore the public space design strategies suitable for youth groups from both emotional and rational aspects.Based on the above results,the public space design strategy under the concept of sharing is applied to the design practice of MEET U Youth Apartment,and the overall design is systematically elaborated and presented.Finally,we conclude with a summary and outlook.
