Research On Community Space Design Of Shanghai Songjiang Youchao Apartment G60 Science And Technology Innovation Center Community

Since the rapid economic development,the housing problem of the younger generation gradually pay attention to it.The more the housing problem of this group is in the megalopolis with higher economic development,the more severe the performance.Taking Shanghai as an example,young people working in Shanghai frequently change their residences,have poor living conditions,and lack a sense of belonging.In recent years,the construction of policy-oriented public rental housing to market-oriented youth rental communities has been actively alleviating the above phenomenon to a certain extent.In this paper,through the questionnaire survey of Shanghai youth groups and the survey of the current status of the youth rental community,we can get the real living needs of young people and the current problems and contradictions in the design of youth communities.It is that the residents in the community lack communication,the individuals are closed,the community space has a single level,and the transition is rigid;the public space lacks boundaries,the function configuration is poor,the uniqueness of the youth community is insufficient;the semi-public and semi-private space is missing;Poor configuration,unreasonable layout,and poor flexibility.The design goal is to enhance the sense of belonging in the residence.The article re-analyzes the privacy of each residential function of the youth community,deconstructs and combines it,and re-divides the public space,semi-public semi-private space,and private space of the "youth" community level.Some functions that originally belonged to private spaces are open and shared.Three strategies for creating a rich spatial hierarchy are proposed,which are the domain modeling of public space,the permeability modeling of semi-public and semi-private spaces,and the comfort modeling of living space.The research object is the youth rental community,including private independent living space and open and shared public communication space in the community.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the preliminary preparation for the research.It includes the market-oriented youth rental community is still in the early stages of development,research and practice in various aspects are not enough,and research on the youth community from the spatial level is not yet complete.The second part is the background research of the object.It describes the research background of the youth rental community and the basic overview of this practice project of Shanghai Songjiang Youchao Apartment G60 Science and Technology Center Community.The third part is to discover problems and analyze problems.In Chapter three,through the investigation of the residential needs and current status of the Shanghai youth group,it is found that there are contradictory problems between the young people's residential needs and current status.The fourth chapter is the mode adjustment and design points of the space level,and the causes and countermeasures of the problems arising from the space level analysis.The fourth part is to solve the problem,and proposes a design solution strategy to the above contradiction.Take the Shanghai Songjiang Youchao Apartment G60 Science and Technology Center Community Practice Project as an example,and add several excellent cases and field visit cases.The research is conducted from three aspects,including the domain design of public space in Chapter 5,the permeability design of semi-public and semi-private space in Chapter 6,and the comfort design of living space in Chapter 7.Among them,the public space summarizes specific measures in four aspects: clear boundaries,functional correspondence,appropriate scale,and collective memory.The semi-public and semi-private space summarizes three specific measures of opening the boundary,form and function penetration,and matching of space functions.The private space summarizes two specific measures of refinement and adaptive design.The above three measures were used to explore the feasibility of this practice project in Shanghai Songjiang Youchao Apartment G60 Science and Technology Center Community.
