Since Nowadays,the number of young people living in big cities such as Beijing and Guangzhou is increasing rapidly,the housing resources in cities are limited and the prices are high.Many young graduates can only rent if they are facing such high cost of accommodation.Young people have certain aesthetic and pursuit of quality of life.However,many of the existing rental housing styles are single,with poor conditions and no good rental experience.The project is designed as the research object of the youth apartment,and is committed to creating a life style with social diversity and comfortable and multi-functional youth living space.First of all,taking the needs of young people as the starting point,we can understand the lifestyle of young people,and reasonably divide up different functional areas to meet their psychological needs and material needs.Second,notice the design of space multifunctional furniture,in limited small space,make furniture becomes agile,let the space can meet different demand of reuse.Secondly,starting from the style orientation of the youth apartment,we will conduct research and analysis on the existing youth apartments and the color and decorative materials that young people like to make a style orientation.Through the combination of contemporary design technique and young people's psychological and physiological needs,finally to create a comfortable,with apartment unique cultural,social,diverse living environment,give full play to the role of the Shared space multifunctional,create more fun for young people's life and value.
