| Ancient architecture is the crystallization of human labor,contains historical value,artistic value and scientific research value,embodies the wisdom of ancient people.In the second half of the 20 th century,the rapid development of urbanization has brought great challenges to the preservation of ancient buildings.The construction project of ancient town is a very complex and systematic project with a large number of uncertain factors and dynamic changes.In recent years,with the rapid changes in social development,the risks and uncertainties faced by ancient town construction projects have increased,ancient building accidents have occurred more frequently,and the losses have become more and more serious.Based on the research status of ancient architecture at home and abroad,related basic concepts,project risk management theory and so on,this paper focuses on the method and steps of project risk identification.Firstly,the paper analyzes the status quo of the construction project of the ancient town of WUHU,introduces the natural environment and cultural environment of the project,evaluates the location factors of the project,and then concludes that the construction project of the ancient town of WUHU belongs to the medium risk project and is worth carrying out through the specific risk identification method and risk identification process.Finally,it evaluates and calculates the risks,and then puts forward corresponding measures from the aspects of environmental risk control,management risk control,economic risk control and Optimization of architectural planning management.Through the research and analysis of the representative ancient town construction project of WUHU,we believe that the risks in the whole process of this kind of ancient town project are caused by many factors.Taking the research results of the construction project of ancient town WUHU as an example,we should give full play to our subjective initiative in the development and protection of ancient buildings,make full use of the concept of project risk management,and properly coordinate the relationship between development and protection. |
