Research On Emergency Management Of Public Health Emergencies In Civil Aviation Transportation Industr

The process of economic globalization promotes international trade exchanges.The flow of people,logistics,resources,information and capital across the world promotes the economic prosperity and development of various countries,and at the same time,the risk incentives also increase.The current international situation is complex and changeable,the world is facing increasing instability and uncertainty,and various contradictions are prominent.Non-traditional security threats such as terrorism,cyber security,the spread of major infectious diseases,and climate change continue to spread,and human survival is facing more and more challenges.The new crown epidemic that broke out at the end of 2019 and then spread to all parts of the world is the most serious infectious disease pandemic that has occurred in the world in a hundred years.sexual public health events.Risk is always accompanied by development.With the rapid development of society and the significant improvement of people’s living standards,China’s civil aviation industry has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities,but also faces great risks and challenges.When a public health emergency occurs,the point-topoint and closed nature of air transport increases the potential risk of rapid spread of the virus and increases the possibility of long-distance spread of the epidemic.L Airport is a first-class aviation port and an important hub airport in China.When the novel coronavirus epidemic is spreading globally,L Airport,as one of the key airports of China’s "12 first entry points",has long been in the front line of the "overseas epidemic prevention and control war",a key battle for epidemic prevention and control,and faces unprecedented risks of imported epidemics.Looking back and summarizing the three years of emergency prevention and control experience of China’s civil aviation industry,this paper objectively analyzes the effectiveness and shortcomings of L Airport’s response to the novel coronavirus outbreak from the perspective of the civil aviation transport industry’s emergency management mechanism for the novel coronavirus outbreak,taking the current situation of joint prevention and control of the epidemic situation at L Airport as the starting point,and comprehensively applying the theories of crisis management and emergency handling of public health emergencies as the guiding basis.From the perspective of emergency management,the causes are analyzed,and the effective countermeasures and suggestions for China’s civil aviation industry to deal with public health emergencies are summarized.
