Research On J Airport Emergency Management Under Public Health Emergencies

Since entering the millennium,many types of infectious diseases have occurred,frequently and precarious,everywhere in the world.According to the relevant analysis of the World Health Organization,bio-safety and highly pathogenic viruses are severe challenges that all mankind must face together.Judging from several major public health emergencies in human history,the losses caused by highly pathogenic viruses may exceed wars and terrorist attacks,and the circulation nature of transportation determines that it is a key factor in the spread of the epidemic.China has a high population density,and the large-scale concentrated travel of people and logistics during important traditional holidays such as the Golden Week and the Spring Festival.They objectively increases the risk of the spread of the virus.J Airport is currently the only civil airport in the city,the youngest municipality in China.It is the core of the overall construction of the air transportation system in the city.At the same time,it is of great significance to strengthen and optimize the ability of bio-safety management and response to public health emergencies,protect the city’s air gate with a population of 30 million,ensure the safety of people’s lives,develop the economy,and stabilize the society.This article combines basic concepts and theories,and through the use of literature analysis,case method,interview method,experience summary method,etc.,combined with the collected materials,interviews with 10 employees and 7 passengers were conducted.Research on emergency management issues.The main body of the thesis includes the following seven parts.The first is to explain why the airport prevention and control role is special and the necessity of emergency management research under the new crown epidemic,and to propose research ideas based on existing domestic and foreign research;the second part introduces These are related concepts and theories.The third part is the current status of the emergency management system for public health emergencies at J Airport and the specific practices at different stages under the new crown pneumonia epidemic.The fourth part is on the basis of the previous research content.J Airport’s emergency management plan for public health emergencies is not strong in practice,problems and causes analysis.The fifth part is to analyze and draw lessons from the emergency management experience and lessons of Baiyun Airport and Lukou Airport in similar backgrounds.The sixth part is to improve the legal system and plan system for the emergency management of public health at the airport from the four levels of the government,industry,airport and society,promote the construction of early warning and traceability capabilities,and improve resource security recommendations in 11 aspects including ability.The lase part is conclusions and prospects.
