New Coronavirus pneumonia(China’s novel coronavirus pneumonia)is the major public health emergency that China has suffered from the fastest speed,the most extensive infection and the most difficult control and prevention since the founding of new China.The community,as the most basic organization of the national governance system,has played a powerful role in organizing and coordinating the management of the new crown pneumonia epidemic during New Coronavirus pneumonia.But it also exposed some various problems,especially in the old urban areas where there is densely population,outdated facilities and loose management.Community outbreaks tend to be more serious.As an emerging science,vulnerability is an important tool for studying and evaluating environmental change and sustainable development.This paper attempts to analyze the characterization,influencing factors and influencing mechanism of Wuhan old community under public health emergencies from the perspective of vulnerability,so as to put forward spatial improvement strategies.The main content of the paper is roughly divided into six parts.1.Sorting out the existing research and practice at home and abroad from the two aspects of "vulnerability" and "public health emergencies",it is proposed that the current research on vulnerability.on the one hand,less involves the field of public health,on the other hand,it is biased towards the macro,and there is a lack of space for specific micro levels such as old communities.This paper attempts to study the vulnerability of old communities from the perspective of dealing with public health emergencies.2.This paper explains the spatial recognition methods,steps and results of Wuhan old community,the research object of this paper,and analyzes its spatial distribution characteristics and main types.3.The novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation in Wuhan is described,and the typical old community samples are selected for investigation and analysis.The vulnerability of Wuhan’s old communities is summed up.4.Using ARCGIS platform and SPSS software,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of vulnerability of old communities in Wuhan under public health emergencies,and tries to put forward the action law of vulnerability influencing factors based on AHV theoretical model.5.This paper puts forward the vulnerability improvement strategies of the old community from the aspects of reasonably determining the community scale,controlling the land development intensity,perfecting and optimizing the community function,connecting the through road system,creating the community public space and so on.6.Taking the auxiliary hall community as an example,the theoretical research is implemented into the renewal and transformation practice of the old community.Through the all-round renewal of functions,roads,public space,sharing platform,culture and industry,the vulnerability of the auxiliary hall community is reduced and its response ability to major public health events is improved.
